1. Service Description
Finim provides AI chatbot deployment and support services for businesses. Our services include:
- AI chatbot deployment to client's AWS infrastructure
- Knowledge base setup and configuration
- WhatsApp and web chat integration
- Ongoing support and maintenance
- Staff training and documentation
2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete knowledge base content
- Maintain your AWS account and keep billing information current
- Ensure your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
3. Our Responsibilities
We commit to:
- Deploy a functioning chatbot according to specifications
- Provide the agreed level of support and response times
- Maintain confidentiality of your business information
- Notify you of any service disruptions or maintenance
- Continuously improve service quality
4. Payment Terms
- Setup fee is due before deployment commences
- Monthly retainer is due on the 1st of each month
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated
- AWS infrastructure costs are paid directly to AWS by the client
5. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your knowledge base content and data
- You own all infrastructure deployed in your AWS account
- We retain rights to our proprietary code, methodologies, and processes
- Demo content and sample data remain our property
6. Limitation of Liability
Please understand that:
- AI responses may not always be 100% accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving knowledge base content
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Upon termination, you retain access to your AWS deployment
- Support and maintenance services end upon termination
- We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms
- No refunds for partial months of service
8. Service Level Agreement
Support response times vary by plan:
- Starter: Email support, 48-hour response
- Professional: Email + WhatsApp support, 24-hour response
- Enterprise: Dedicated support, 4-hour response
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
